Before founding Misti Capital, he held diverse positions in Credicorp Group, including CEO at Credicorp Capital, BCP’s Corporate Banking Division Manager, BCP’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Manager, as well as CEO at Credifondo SAF.

Former Chairman of the Lima Stock Exchange and current board member of various prestigious Peruvian companies.

Rodrigo is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Before joining Misti Capital, he held different positions in Credicorp Group, including Head of the Investment Banking team in Peru for Credicorp Capital, Head of the Capital Markets team, and Head of the M&A team, among others.

He has led multiple M&A transactions, local and international capital markets transactions, and structured loans for Peru’s main corporate clients.

Eduardo is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico and has an MBA from Wharton School.

Before joining Misti Capital, he held different positions in Credicorp Group, including BCP’s Corporate and International Banking Division Manager and Regional Head of the Investment Banking team of Credicorp Capital.

He has led hundreds of corporate financings, as well as M&A transactions and capital market issuances. He built the Investment Banking team at Scotiabank Peru and he previously worked in the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank in New York.

Mariano is an economist from Universidad de Lima and has a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance.

Before joining Misti Capital, he held different positions in Credicorp Group, including Head of Wealth Management at Credicorp Capital, Corporate Banking Division Manager at BCP, Head of Investment Banking, among others.

He has extensive experience in the portfolio management of high-net-worth families, foundations, and institutions. Furthermore, he has structured multiple corporate transactions for the main companies in Peru.

Enrique holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, an MBA from SDA Bocconi, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Before joining Misti Capital, he served as Director of Strategy and Planning at Pacific Capital Partners, where he led the investment strategy and execution of multiple private transactions, and acted as a Board Member of portfolio companies in Europe. Previously, at AFP Integra, he directly managed funds totaling approximately US$ 5.0 billion.

He has led numerous private transactions across sectors such as telecommunications, logistics, and financial services in Europe.

Alexandre is a business administrator from ISC Paris and holds a Master’s in Finance from ESCP Business School.

Before joining Misti Capital, he served as Vice President in Citi’s Investment Banking team in London, where he was part of the Healthcare group, and previously as Associate in the Investment Banking team at RBC Capital Markets.

He has led multiple M&A, ECM, and LBO transactions in the international capital markets.

Stefano is a business administrator from Universidad del Pacífico and has more than six years of experience in financial services.

Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as an Analyst in the Seaboard Overseas Peru Credit team, where he structured credit lines for diverse clients.

Previously, he worked as an Intern in the Business Banking team of Banco de Crédito del Perú.

Raul is an industrial engineer from Universidad de Lima and is a CFA Charterholder.

Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Zest Capital, where he conducted analyses, valuations, and investment recommendations on companies in the US, European and Chinese markets.

Previously, he worked as an Intern in the Equities team of Credicorp Capital.

Andrés is a Finance graduate from Universidad del Pacífico and has more than three years of experience in Investment Banking.

At Misti Capital, he worked as an Intern in the Corporate Finance and Multi-Family Office units.

He has extracurricular experience in finance teams of student organizations and graduated as valedictorian of his class in 2024.

Alfonso holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rollins College. He has experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios and providing analytical support at international financial institutions.

Before joining Misti Capital, Alfonso worked as an Investment Analyst at Morgan Stanley and UBS Wealth Management, where he managed portfolios for clients in the U.S. and Latin America, while also developing tailored strategies.

Earlier in his career, he completed a pre-professional internship in the Research department at Seminario & Cía SAB.

Claudio is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico and has more than four years of experience in Corporate Finance.

Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as a Junior Analyst at Apus Advisors, where he participated in capital raising processes for multiple industries: health and fitness, food and beverages, mining, telecommunications, among others.

Previously, he worked as Intern in the financial planning unit of Sinercorp (Corporación Jeruth).

Jose Antonio is a business engineer from Universidad del Pacífico and has more than two years of experience in financial services.

Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as an Intern in Kuresa’s commercial unit.

He has multiple extracurricular experience, mainly in student exchange programs.

Sebastián is a business administrator from Universidad del Pacífico and has more than four years of experience in Corporate Finance.

Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as an analyst in the Deals & Corporate Finance team at PwC, where he participated in valuation projects across various industries, including fintech startups, retail, mining, fishing, real estate, among others.

Daniele is a business administrator from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

At Misti Capital, he completed a pre-professional internship in the Corporate Finance division. He has extracurricular experience in finance-related areas within student organizations and received multiple awards for merit and academic excellence between 2020 and 2024.

Estefanía is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico.

At Misti Capital, she completed a pre-professional internship in the Multi-Family Office division. She has extracurricular experience in research and student organizations. Additionally, she was a member of her university’s athletics team.

Julian is an economist from Purdue University.

At Misti Capital, he completed a pre-professional internship in the Corporate Finance area, participating in participating in M&A transactions and the preparation of pitchbooks.

Richard is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico and has more than one year of experience in financial services.

Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as an intern in the Portfolio Management area at Scotiabank.

Marcelo is studying Economics at Universidad del Pacífico and is pursuing a dual degree with the LSE (University of London).

He is currently in the top fifth of his class, has extracurricular experience in finance-related areas within student organizations and, prior to joining Misti Capital, completed a pre-professional internship in the Research and Fund Selection area at Profuturo AFP.

Roberto is studying Finance at Universidad del Pacífico.

He is currently in the top fifth of his class, has extracurricular experience in finance-related areas within student organizations and, prior to joining Misti Capital, completed a pre-professional internship in Business Development and M&A area at Ferreycorp.

Ernesto is studying Economics at Universidad del Pacífico.

He is currently in the top fifth of his class and is a member of the national field hockey team, having competed in international tournaments.

Adrian is studying Finance at Universidad del Pacífico.

He is currently in the top fifth of his class, has extracurricular experience at the university Investment Circle.

Aressio is studying Finance at Universidad del Pacífico.

He is currently in the top tenth of his class and has extracurricular experience in finance-related areas within student organizations. He was also a member of his university’s futsal team.

Roxana is a business administrator from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with major in organization and methods. She has extensive experience in administrative management labors.

Before joining Misti Capital, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at Credicorp Capital, BTG Pactual, among others.
